Wuhan Lingqi Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on the R&D and application of binocular vision positioning modules for unmanned aircraft, and is headquartered in Wuhan. Built around pure optical measurement, the company provides altitude and position sensing for all types of unmanned aerial platforms without relying on satellite signals.
The LQ-V series of binocular vision positioning modules comprises three mass-production models — LQ-V32, LQ-V52 and LQ-V72 — covering an altitude range of 0.09–160 m, weighing 22.4–58.3 g each. They connect directly to the flight controller over UART 3.3V TTL, outputting real-time vision positioning data at 30–40 Hz with 1% ranging repeatability.
The modules are compatible with the mainstream APM and PX4 flight-controller ecosystems, and ship with the VOFA+ host debugging tool and complete tutorial resources for fast integration into drone platforms. They serve four industries — construction, energy and power, public safety and urban services — across scenarios such as high-altitude work, tethered watch, facade cleaning and safety inspection.
The binocular cameras compute relative altitude and position directly from ground texture. Being purely passive, the optical measurement emits no electromagnetic signals and depends on no satellites, so it keeps working under bridges, in tunnels and inside substations — anywhere GPS is unavailable. 1% repeatability keeps the data steady during hover and close-proximity work; the UART link to the flight controller outputs continuously at 30–40 Hz and is compatible with APM (VISO) and PX4 (EKF2) vision fusion, with the VOFA+ host handling installation, calibration and tuning.
